I cant seem to find anything that always you to make your textarea with a horizontal scroll bar instead of vertical that will also allow html. Anyone know one?

That one doesnt work, I need the box a specific size too, because Im putting putting on it and I want to to be horizontal.

why would the scrollbar have anything to do with putting html in a textarea?
