I made it in photoshop.
I created a new image that was 10x11 and made the stripes.

very nice. reminds me of what i see when we get a blizzard in maryland ::big sigh:: good times. you get an 8 but might wanna change your navigation. try out image mapping. there's a lot of tutorials on that in the webdesign chat.

I already know how to do image mapping actually. XD
