October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and a site like CreateBlog with some clout in the design world could probably spread the "Go Pink For October" message. Or not, you know. Whatever suits you best.

CB on the whole can't really do much, as far as the main site..

But if enough people are interested, I don't see why we can't have a temporary club or topic in Health or the Lounge, and signature banners, etc.. I don't have a problem with that.

Icemouse - I don't know if your the owner of that site or know someone that manages it but perhaps you could tell them that the blog or journal part is cut off at the beginning. Perhaps contact the owner and see if they could fix it so people can actually read the whole post. Perhaps its just on my computer?

I'd like that Halloween idea too! I've visited a forum and taht's what they did:
Christmas:silver,green,white and small trees
Halloween:black,orange,purple and pumkins were falling while u were reading the board index!it was really cute!

^The falling pumpkins, no offense but thats a big no. Its a cute idae and all but those sometimes really mess up peoples computers, such as users on dial up. I went to a friends house and went on a site that had those icky things and it froze up her computer Had to wait like 5 min before it started working again.

The color schemes I think are just fine, no graphics added.

I agree 100% with all the layout ideas. They all sound awesome! I think Jusun is leaving all that for CB4 though.

I'm all for a change in color, as long as it doesn't take any extra time to load. I am completely for the nighttime skin, I'd imagine it would look great and would be a good change for the community.

I think there should be both, perhaps? Just the colors, doy. >.< And users would have an option to choose the default skin (this), Pink for October, and the halloween one.

You shouldn’t be idealistic when someone isn’t making it. Look at the other topic; does it look like ...someone submitted a cb layout?
