iight so im goin 2 homecoming at my best frnds school nxt saturdey. i dont thnk im fat or anytin but i relly jus wuna lose a lil weight so i look bettr in my dress...im guna be seein pplz dat i hvnt seen 4 a long tym n i wunt thm 2 notice me in a good wey=) any suggestions?? i dont wuna try anytin unhelthy n i dont care if its not long term or watvr.. i duno if im wastin my tym or if i can relly lose like 5 pounds by saturdey. thanks!! =)
ooh n yall can sey anytin else about homecomin in tiz 2. like r yall goin wit any1?? im goin wit tiz guy tatz juz my frnd...tah homecomin at my school is 2 far awy, no1s startin askin yet.

well i'm in middle school and all so we don't have a homecoming...but 5 pounds in one week is gonna be kinda hard to do but i know it's deffinatley possible!!!
like, just do exercises in the afternoon or so or go for walks when you're done with your homework. my friend is in highschool and she wanted to lose 10 pounds in a week and a half and she ended up losing 14!
well i hope you have fun at homecoming...i can't wait till i get into highschool to have homecoming!

Hmm. This can be moved to either School or Health, but I'll move this to Health since there is already an existing thread on homecoming in School.
Since you don't have much time till next Saturday, I'd suggest excercising more and controlling what you eat to put it simply.

run, run, run, run, RUN! also, if its raining or something, you can run up and down the stairs

Exercise a lot. It doesn't have to be strenuous, but taking the stairs or going for a 15-minute walk won't hurt. And don't eat too much fatty food.
