does anyone know of a good free picture editing software thanks.......
You can try the trial for Adobe Photoshop (http://www.adobe.com) or the trial for Paint Shop Pro (http://www.jasc.com).
FREE. The only free stuff is what nick said. Trials. You're gonna have to either download the programs or buy them to get the full effect of em tho.
