The problem I am having is that everytime i try and go to this : http://vintage.artistikk.net/cutenews/index.php it says "Wrong username or password" and I haven't even typed in my information yet. I just installed Cutenews and I know how to use it, everything was writable, and then I registered for a username and password. When I did that and selected finish the install of cutenews, and goes straight to http://vintage.artistikk.net/cutenews/index.php <----that and says "Wrong username or password". PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ! ;)

Not sure I see your problem, I clicked on the link and I didn't see any message about "wrong username"

Have you tried closing your browser and going back to the site?

Its been doing that but I'm getting help from some where else, and they said to Clear cookies and cache. How would I do that ?

open up IE. click tools >>internet options.
