is there anyway to hide the about me and who i'd like to meet section completly?
and also how to center the rest of the profile

Nope. You can hide the sections completely you can hide the text by doing this:

<style>.orangetext15{display:none;}</style>
What do you mean center the rest of the profile, the profile is automatically centered unless you want it centered in one line then use this:

like i want to have it so its my pic and then the music player under once i pick a song
then the stuff in the general category stretched out
so i want i tto be in the middle of the page:
my picture stuff then under it the music player then under that the general info
