also, i know why im overweight.

i like FOOOOD! for the love of God!
i LOVE it. dont we all? I can sit down and
enjoy my meals, and not feel guilty.
Im in good shape as far as athleticism goes.
Ive got lots of muscle underneath my curves.
Ive got a little more fat than i'd like around my middle,
i hate sitting down and seeing the stuff on my stomach
turn itself into a lil jelly roll. it drives me plain nuts
sometimes! lol. but arent we all like that?
i honestly dont see anything wrong with my shape.
the doctor says i've got somewhere around 20 lbs.
of extra weight that could come off. sure, i'd love to
lose it, but i dont think i'd be happy. like i said,
i've got more weight on my stomach than i'd like to,
but i've also got a big booty

and the
guys seem to be perfectly fine w/ that. i fill out my clothes.
so what? im not itty bitty like some girls. would it be
nice to be in a size 5? probably. and i can see some of
you girls out there who think that would be aweful.
but guess what! im a size 9/11. *gasp!* but i think im still sexy.

(im probably going to pay for saying that later haha)
but still. if you're unhappy about your weight, whether you're like the
girl who says she's 4'11 and almost 100 lbs, and her family says she's fat;
or whether you're tall and weight 175, you've got to learn to make yourself
happy. dieting is tough, i KNOW. like i said. i looove my food

ha.
but i get excercize. find something fun to do that burns calories.
i play soccer. its the biggest rush for me. just try something new.
if you arent interested in diet or sports, just learn to be happy with yourself!
and the next time one of your size 2 friends says she's fat, tell her if you can
be happy with your body, she can live with hers.
