the most amount of weight you've lost in the shortest amount of time, and what'd you do to loose it so fast? Did you also gain it back afterwards?


Forr Example:
say if you want you had a goal.
like .. 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
drank a lot of water,exercised .. etc.

or if you didn't have a goal and just lost weight:
ex.
5pds in a week.
drank a lot of water,and exercised.


i just thought this would be a fun post to give some people some ideas. :]

i don't think theres another post like this but if there is sorryy.

6pds in a week!! i was swimming and i was on two teams and i just kept eating the same it's GREAT exersise!!

well when i was in swimming like practice and meets and everything i got hella skinny but then when i quit because it was summer and i didn't want to do swim practice i wanted to hang out with my friends i gainned the weight back but i wasn't like fat to begin with so it didn't bother me. lol! and my mom owns a gym so like if i wanted to i could like go work out but im really lazy! rolleyes.gif

9 pounds in a week.

I played tennis for 4 hours a day and swam for 2 hours a day.
Wasn't a diet though.. It was the summer and I was bored. mellow.gif

I somehow lost about 5 pounds right a few hours after dinner.

after dinner, i weighed myself, at 90 pounds.
before i went to bed, i weighed myself to be around 85.
lol wth? My scale must have problems.

For all of dance season. We get weighed once a week in front of everyone and over 115 means suspension. It's enough motivation.

yeah! i wish i had a motivation or something to keep me in fit.
i may try out for softball,but for now i'll probably just have to keep it off without eating candy or any junk shitt.

I think this might be better in Health, If a mod disagrees, then you can move it back to the Girls Locker Room or wherever you see fit.

And I don't really remember mine,
I dont' think I lost more then 5 pounds in one week, I did it the healthy way lol.

But I did loose about 40 pounds in a span of about 5-6 months.
I excercised daily [Taebo, Running, Ab work, and weights]
And ate healthy meals [salads, organic foods, chicken, fish]

Stayed away from all the good stuff [oreos, chocolate, pasta]

^lol don't worry about it, it's no problem at all.
Health is buried in the interests section, so it can be hard to find when you first come to this site.

The most I've lost in a week was 7lbs, my family and I were moving to another place. I did a lot of lifting heavy boxes all weekend.

But the 2 years ago, I lost 20 lbs. I came back from my vacation and gained 20lbs, and when I came back home....within a month I lost the weight I gained.

I don't really know exactly how many pounds because since like one week ago I got a weighing machine thing. But I know I lost a lot during the summer for staying at home the whole day and not having anything to eat lol.
