Yes, ANTM fans, it's that time of the year. The new season premieres next Wednesday (20 September) on the CW. Check your local listings, since you know, everything got effed up when UPN and the WB merged.

I'm looking through the girls on the new CW website for it (which sucks, I hope they it becomes like the UPN site, which is much cooler), and thus far, I'm rooting for AJ (who looks like Yoanna with an edge, and I looooovvveeeee Yoanna), Megan (who reminds me of Kim and Mollie Sue), Eugena and Monique. It's funny, they have a lot of "model-y" types this season (see Michelle, Amanda, Melrose and Brooke).

I saw previews for this last night, I was like -YAY- I always enjoyed watching the other seasons of it. Their kind of interesting.

i think 22 is THE oldest you should start because the young, innocent look is 'the look' now. which is kind of sad... but it does look cool.

judging is getting a little boring now. they should spend more time on critiquing the pictures, not just the person's weakness.

^ Seriously. 22 in the the actual modelling world is middle-age.

i agree. she was too old to start. and she always kept bragging about herself and what not. if she was so good like she claims she woulve been somewhere by now at that age.



for applying at ANTM aren't there are ranges, right? and about the judging i agree. they always tell someone you have to braek out of your shell, etc. but then again, your weaknesses most of the time effect the pictures.

the photoshoots and judging are my favorite part i love how they have it all in one episode instead of dragging it out for an hour and then have eliminations like 2 days later. it's more convienient.

Am I the only one that doesn't agree with who they kicked off? I'm not going to ruin it since the other coast hasn't seen it yet, but yeah. Dissapointed.

Why are you disappointed? Who would you have preferred to see go? I actually thought there was a good reason that girl went home . She did remind me of a "broke down Tyra". She just seemed kind of blah. But some of the others come across that way too.

Well, it could be because I missed 20 minutes of it because my stupid dormitory chose 9:10 to do a fire drill (so annoying!) so I missed most of the photo shoot, but I thought she had potential, judging from the auditions. But I did see the other girl act all divalicious when it came to her turn and I didn't like it. That and she really was just acting all bad actress-y.

Megan reminds me so much of Kim. I like her, go Megan!

i didnt think that melrose should have won that competition. yea she had a good pose at the end of the runway, but i hated, absolutely hated her walk. it looked so bouncy and like she was trying way 2 hard 2 do runway IMO

I Tivoed it. I didn't watch it because it was 2 hours. And Justice was on last night. But I'm going to watch it tonight. I didn't know what channel CW was... and then I realized it was just UPN with like different name.

I don't think she is drop dead gorgeous in person, but she photographs well. Her picture was amazing.

Her photo was pretty damned awesome. My friend actually prefered Amanda's to Michelle's. But he's insane.
