I give credit to the people who did this. All art from gaiaonline.
What type of art is this? Is it line art? And how do u make these kind of pictures? Do u think they use a tablet? If this is line art give me some kind of tutorial on how to make line art. Thank You! <3

It could be considered line art, as lines do confine the coloring and shading (minus the hair in the latter two pictures). I really don't know how to judge tablet drawings from line art scanned in and CGed, and I doubt that anyone else other than artists could say for sure, either.

Err.. Why don't you ask the original artists? I'm sure they know much better than we do. ermm.gif

>.<' oh ok. i just read ther FAQ thingy. And it say she uses a Wacom Intuos3 (4x5) Tablet. How do u the tablets to draw? >
Azarel
Err.. do you have a tablet? Basically the idea is like that of drawing on paper with a pencil, but the medium is rather a stylus upon a flat surface (the tablet itself).

so basically it won't be nice if youre creating your own character & dont know how to draw? lol..coz i was planning to get one to trace over actual pictures & turn them into vexels you know?
Azarel
Um.. you don't need a tablet to turn pictures into vexels.. I don't know how you would do it, anyway.. :|

There's one specifically for line art.

And, uhm, actually you can do that all with the pen tool and hella lots of patience.
