Go on msn.com and you'll see the lonelygirl story come up on the slideshow of news. There, the 3 "creators" of lonelygirl share their side of the story, which sounds very reasonable to me.

basically, lonelygirl15 was supposedly a video blogger who shared her thoughts to youtubers through ..well.. video. Apparently lonelygirl15 became the second most subscribed to youtube user and reached more than 1 million fans. It turns out she was just an actress who was used by a bunch of film makers. All of her fans thought they were watching a real life thing, but it turns out lonelgirl15 is totally fake.
