1)when I get home from school, I sleep for 2 daytime hours and 5 hours bedtime.
2) During holiday on school days, I usually sleep about 11-15 hours.
3) On weekends, I sleep about 12 hours to make up my sleep from school days.

I sleep anywhere between 5-8 hours a night, no matter what the day. I never have time to sleep more than that

I generally sleep a solid 6 hours a night, from 3 - 9 or 4 - 10, no matter what day. Sometimes I nap for an hour in the evening.

school days i USUALLY sleep from 5-6 hours. i have to wake up at 5:50 every morning, so if i have a lot of homework and stay up till 2 or 2:30, then yeah. less. but usually i'm on my bed by 1. if i sleep more than 6 hours, i fall asleep in school, and if i sleep 4 hours i fall asleep too. less than four works. i'm so weird.

on weekends i go for 10 hours, and on vacation 8-10 hours.

2. About 6 hours maybe if even that.
3. About 5 hours. I don't sleep much on the weekends concidering if I slept more I would be sleeping until 9 or later and I can't sleep that late. It ruins my day.

On school nights: I don't even know anymore; I haven't been to school in a while, and I don't know how I got through high school on five, if not less than that, hours of sleep.
On holidays during during the school year: In high school, until about noon or so. During summer, until ten to twelve (after going to bed from one to three).
On the weekends: Roughly the same as when I'm on holiday.

I've come to savor it a lot more since high school ended.

Well, I'm not in school right now and I can't remember what my sleeping pattern was because it's been a few years. I sleep the same on weekends as I do during the week. I just go to sleep whenever I'm tired enough to and wake up whenever I wake up. I don't have a schedule

I sleep on average about 5 hours to 7 hours. (on a schoolnight)
On holidays and weekends I sleep like 10 to 13 hours.

Sleep is apart of your well-being so I suppose then it would be apart of health.
Although does it really matter where it is? And also on the number of hours of sleep you get it shows how healthy you are or can be.

i definately dont get a lot of sleep during the week cause i only sleep like 5 hours. then during the weekend its like 12 hours of sleep.

but they said people that get 8 hours of sleep on a average miss 6 years of their life by the time they are 80 or something like that.

Well I usually have tons and tons of homework,so i go to bed around say or so 1 or 2 but im not gonna lie sometimes i just stay up and watch Television or just talk on the phone,Im really not that sleepy at school unless its a boring class and half the time thats not becasue you didnt get any sleep its because you just simly bored

my average for school night is like around... 5 hrs T-T
hollidays and weekends are around 10 or 11 hrs of sleeps XDDD
