How do you be in people staff i searched and came up with nothing ?

well, the head admins have requirements that you must have or do to become one, this happens in the hiring season which is usally a few months, you must meet all the requirements although there are a few exceptions. uhmmm you should be an active member and dedicate your time here on cb

Read (ctrl+F) the part in the first post about "Hiring" towards the end, that pretty much sums it up. Post around, prove yourself to be a contributing member of the forums, and when we're hiring you may submit an application. We then read over the apps and choose members we think will be a good addition to the team.
