What blend mode is used in this picture?

That's very hard to tell just by looking at the picture. You can achieve the same/similar look in many different way. My guess would be a texture (you could try to fill a layer with a yellow color) and set the blend mode to Darken, Multiply, or Color Burn. You just have to play around and experiment. :)
