What do you guys think is best of the best plug ins for photoshop that can be purchased?
it just matters what you like but since i have psp i wouldn't know sorry!

Guys this is strictly for Photoshop 7.0+ Not PSP or any other image editing software.
It's not soo much about what I like best, because if it was like that I would buy every single one of those plug ins.
