Alright, I know this 1 guy, well, first few times we met, he tried looking in my eyes as we talked, but i was too shy so i turned away, after awhile, we were comfortable to look in each others eyes as we talked.And now, when I try looking in his eyes as we talk, he looks away.Does he hate me or like me or, does this all mean nothing?
WEre pretty good pals and have alot in common I'm not very pretty, so it makes me even more unsure lool. tell me straight up, I need truthful opinions, lying and sayin "Gurl, he totally likes ya" when your really thinking "It means nothing", wont help me, kay? now, ready set...OPINIONS! It's hard to say. People are very complicated when it comes to there feelings. I would just continue to talk to him until the true feelings come out.

Each guy is different. Some shy away when they like a girl, and others can't stop staring in their eyes. It really matters. I have no idea. But for your sake, I do hope he does.

Um you're looking way too into this. It's just eye contact, and whether he looks at you when he talks or not isn't going to tell you anything.

Maybe you just need to get to know him, more so that he becomes more comfortable with you and vice versa. Men never like to look vulnerable, and maybe the feelings that he has for you (if he does) makes him feel vulnerable.

well.. it could mean that he likes you, but i think you should talk about it-- i know it might not be easy, but gradually bring it out of you that you like him and not sure if he feels the same way... i think your insecurities are just bringing it down like how you say: I'm not very pretty

Eh like some people probably said, its hard to say. People portray things out such as liking someone differently.

Perhaps still remain friends and eventually ask him if he likes anyone, and if he says someone and won't tell you and laughs about it and smiles at you then well then I'm pretty sure he does.

anywayz gurl you are looking into this waaaaaaaaaayyy to deeply if a guy keeps eye contact with you it doesnt always mean they like you i mean my english teacher likes to keep eye contact with everyone and it does not mean that she is madly falling in love with all her students its just the way people like to talk with other people by keeping eye contact. i suggest you actually get to kno him more before you do anything else.

i stare/glare into guys' eyes all the time. -that sounds kind of weird- and they're my pretty good friends. it's not really like "I'M FALLING INTO YOUR EYES OH NO" it's more like.. or a "what, you wanna fight?!?! " sort of thing. hahaha

I can't say much 'cause it happens all the time. When someone is trying to look away when they are talking to someone, the other person is highly likely going to try to capture your attention. It's just really awkward to be looking directly into someone's eyes when talking causually, especially for the first few times you met them. Heck, I have known people for years and I still can't look at them directly in the eyes. Even with my family members at times. I just feel really awkward when I do so.
