hi. i`m new here and i don`t know where to put this..but if anyone is willing to help, please do.

i`m having trouble with adobe photoshop 7.0. my parents bought it for me cause i liked making banners and backgrounds for my xanga and stuff. but i don`t know how to use it. i like making swirls and grids and stuff. and the photo clips.

does anyone know how i can make them? if you do, can you please put the steps here? thanks.
