Ok, I tried to submit a layout, but when I clicked Submit, it went to the Page cannot be displayed page. This doesn't usually happen-- what's wrong? I filled out all the fields. Is there a way I could submit the layout a different way?

I just press refresh and its fine...

Whenever I press Refresh, it says Oops! Some required fields are missing.

it never works for me. i submit the layouts "later" all the time.

there's always an error so to me ... the submission is useless.

Somehow, you always have this problem, Steven. The layout submission form works fine for me, as well as tutorials and graphics. Perhaps it's your computer, though I can't possibly guess what it could be.

Oh well, i dont know what to do with my incoming cB layouts.

My layout is the first one I have made for website, but it won't let me upload it. It keeps saying that I am missing some information even though I have filled out everything that it has told me too. If I am doing something wrong, someone please tell me.

for some reason everytime i try to submit a layout for myspace or anything else..it says that i didnt fill in all the required fields, but i fill in everything except for the optional ones. ive tried filling in the optional ones..but it still doesnt work..anyone know y this is happening..

Are you sure your screenshot meets the requirements? 1024x768 resolution and taken in full screen (F11) mode? That's the most common problem. It may also be your browser/internet/computer. I had problems submitting mine earlier this evening and I tried again, and it went through.

try resizing your thumbnail to something smaller, say 640x480, before you upload.

This issue has been brought up before; most people are suggesting to try at a different time or to resize your screenshot, although I don't know if that actually works. Good luck!

Theres been layouts being sent in all night it seems like I just got done going through around 9 of them and now theres 1 that just got sent in.

That's why I thought it must be my computer. I tried using both FF and IE. Didn't work; I get a blank page in FF and a 'server could not be found' error in IE. (Though, I don't see any problems with the image servers; I've been browsing submissions.) I tried on my sister's computer as well and it's the same situation. Reloading does not work either.

regarding the 404 file not found error that some of you guys were getting - this happened when the ftp server was busy (down) and cb was unable to connect to the server. i lowered the timeout for the connection so you shouldnt see a 404 file not found error anymore.. instead, the error should output 'ftp down' or something to that regards.

best time to avoid the 'ftp down' error is submitting in the morning. =)

:( I don't get an error. Only a blank page. It doesn't go through because I don't see it in the queue.

I now get an error saying the image has to be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format but my screenshot is already a jpg.

Try renaming the file; it happened to me, and I changed the file name and it went through.

Nope, still does not work. >_> I'm going to save it as a .png and try again.
