To complete the process, you’ll need to use an 802.11a wireless adapter for the Xbox 360 in order to take advantage of the 802.11a pipe (you also will need to configure the router properly, so that it’s taking advantage of the “a” pipe, too). Other wireless adapters will also work with the Xbox 360 but only at their designated throughput level.
