what do you think? i think that we're all equals. some women depend on a man's support but that pisses me off. i think each gender should be independant, strong, and worthy. just like me!!!

I agree with you, I think that men and women are definitely equal. I can't stand how some women depend on men either ... I love the feeling of being independent and doing things on my own. I make my own money, buy my own stuff, and do my own thang ... I don't need a man to do all those things for me when I can do it myself ... and I do a darn good job at it!! Me and my man have a fifty-fifty relationship. Sometimes I take the intitiative to buy things for him or pay for lunch/dinner and sometimes he does the same for me. There's no such thing as a "superior sex" in my book ... and there shouldn't be one in anyone else's either ...

Just because we work behind the scene doesn't mean that we are inferior.
How well do you think those men in the government can function without some sort of help from women?
Example: During WWs, while most men were fighting, women made sure that their husbands, fathers, brothers, uncles have peace of mind that at least things were safe and under control at home.

I'm not saying we are not capable of the stuff men do. I'm simply saying we don't get as much credit as I wish we would. I'm saying that there should be more women in power at the white house.

Anyway, I see what you mean. It's just so unfair that people can say that women are the weaker sex without any preamble thought.
Some of them will say that, but if their purpose is to procreate, shouldn't it click in their mind that they can't do it without women?
Anyway... why are you on replying in his account?

Haha yes...

But I remember in biology, when we were studying about all these animals and how superior the female is in most species, I even said something about that to my teacher, and the guys were all, "Well that's why they don't rule the animal kingdom. I was just all -

Anywho, yeah it makes me mad when you come across a guy who thinks men are superior simply because of how we've been treated unfairly all these years.
Oh haha he was too lazy to post, and I figured I'd get him to 3,000.

I don't really need anymore posts.

"Behind every good man is a better women...unless he's gay...then it's a better more feminine man."
-Some Quote that I don't quite remember.
Women have better heads on their shoulders, but arn't as aggresive. But they are overly emotional at times.
Guys are a little more aggresive and close-minded, and not so emotional.
There's a reason why men are the default gender when it comes to high poisitons. But that doesn't quite make us better. We tend to be the leaders, sure. But...I dunno. Leadership isn't everything.
Well, I guess you could do this. Compare how many men lead their countries into sh*t as opposed to how many women did. I remember something about Queen Elizabeth II (i think) making Britian one of the best countries out there.
Just because men are more likely to lead doesn't mean they do a better job of it.

Women are better when it comes to reading emotions, comperhension, and well more of the metally based skills most women excel...key word most not all....
And on the other hand most...but not all men excel with skills that require motor skills...which is my most men are better at gaming then females...but i do know that many females are just as good...but men tend to do better at hands on activities then females
So over then i guess we are sorta equal...considering the fact that nothing is truly equal...man and women both have there strong points but...in numbers they are equal...it isnt until they are separated and individual tested that you see a difference in skills and actions

Everone would like the think the sexes are equal but it's not that true. We were actually discussing this in Sociology today...We made a list of sterotypical masculine and feminine traits and then saw that to be successful you have to have Masculine traits like being competive, non-emotional. stubborn, and having leadership. There are differences everywhere and we just don't notice them.

Genetically, i think females are considered to be more superior as they were biologically engineered for better survival.
More males are produced at birth, but by age 20 (approx.), the numbers even out and females take the lead after that.
That is why sperm with the Y chromosome are more motile to give males a higher chance - nature's way of balancing.
PS- I read that the Y chromosome is responsible for nothing good except for the development of testes.

average men on the earth are physically stronger than women... but when england put men in america they didn't last long had had little progress until england sent women over... to do important jobs such as cooking chores, feeding the chickens... such things like that. proof has shown that civilization was created mostly because there was warfare... leaders of warfare were almost always men. so they became the leaders of civilization. when this was established... there was a clear line between women and men's possitions in society. Women would stay home... and be proper, no education was necessary... all they needed to learn was to be a good wife, cook, clean, and obey... This shows up in many cultures over the world. As time passes women are becoming more diversed in their jobs...and many women have gotten independent and run buisnesses, become CEOs and struck it good... I believe if men were not the leaders, the women may do a better job. But i'm not saying all of the men should step down. There should be a balance...
Going on another subject now, about births and such... i know this has already beeen brought up, but without women we wouldn't have men... so it's like the chicken and egg thing i guess.. women do go through a lot during their lives...men are now portrayed on many sitcoms as lazy bums that sit around drinking beer while their wives scold them... in a humorus fashion... i guess society is constantly changing but the point i'm trying to make is that women are slightly... just slightly better than men

No. More males are concieved, but more females are born. The survival advantage of double-X zygotes (females are less vulnerable to sex-linked recessive diseases such as hemophilia because they have two chromosomes) is neutralized shortly after birth. There are more females than males by birth.

should be equal.. women gave birth to men, but the woman wouldn't be there without another man's sperm. so i think everyone should be evened out.

o i just remembered a joke my friend told me:
one day, god decided to create a woman. she had three breasts. she complained to god that it was useless, so god removed it for her. with her third breast in her hand, the woman asked, "now what do we do with this useless boob?"

Personally, I believe that Man is superior. Whether you look at it religiously-in which Man was created first, then Woman to be a companion- or scientifically-the Male is the head in almost every species of animal there is- Man has been superior throughout history. The problem is the men abuse it, they think "we're superior, so we get to do whatever we want." Superior doesnt mean all-powerful. Men have abused and mistreated women for a really long time, and frankly we pissed off women. I'm not against womens rights, not at all. Women are people too (obviously) and they should have a say. I just don't feel like a woman should be in charge of a large group of people. The current state of strife between men and women is caused by both of us. Men complain that they dont get respected anymore....WELL NO $#!T!!!! First you slap your wives around, you cheat on them constantly, and treat them like animals. You spend hundreds of dollars each year on porn sites and magazines and expect your wife to do everything for you. Thats not a very good recipe for success. Women also say they dont get respect. I wonder why...Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, Barely 18, and countless other magazines where you just support the claim that its ok to portray women just as sex objects. You want people to pay attention to you? Do something intelligent and keep covered up. But honestly women, thats the way you can take over the world of men....for the most part, we think with our dicks, and would give you our entire paycheck for a good lay....its the fastest way to get a man whipped, sorry to say. If men would just control themselves better, we'd be on top with no complaints from anybody.

If women would get out of those damn malls all the bleeding time, stop acting like ditzes everytime a good-looking member of the opposite sex was around WE'D be the one on top. I mean we're good looking, smart, and super beguiling.

Neither is superior. What one person does, for instance, a man that can carry his own weight, does not apply to all men.
