there's a vertical marquee on my website, and its bugging me. as the images are loading, the contents are stretched into a long vertical bar until all the images are loaded. once its loaded it begins to scroll and is the correct size. any ideas?

also, i would like to get rid of the space at the end of the marquee so that its continuous. is this possible?

thanks a lot ofr looking, and if you can help me find an alternative to marquees that do the same thing i will be very grateful.

To stop the loading images from stretching out your marquee, specify the image size in its coding. For example, instead of <img src="url">, put <img src="url" height=200 width=200"> or whatever you want the size to be. :)

well it sorta worked, but not really. i think it may just be a flaw of dial up (yeah, dial up. look it up in a history book). thanks for the help. if i find a way to fix it completely then i'll post it.
