Reaccepted. I think I pressed the wrong button because I actually like that layout...

Actually its nice, but I'm not sure if I would automatically accept it. The layouts nice, but it looks like your going for so many different concepts in one layout. Like part of it looks like you want it to be a hi tech type layout, while the other part is just there. I find the header a little to random. Its nice though, but those blue brushes or whatever really turn away from it. Then the way its cutt off too. None of the links work.

Its ok though, but I dunno.

The E is too big. Try typing ANOTHER "E" next to "volution"

it'll look better w/ two opposite sized, "E".

lower the opacity on that colored girl at the left.

The layout is nice, I just don't like her head got cutt off. (x It's interesting, big banner. o.O

I don't exactly like the graphics.
But nice job none the less.

I don't really like the banner cut off at the top.. I don't think you should've used that pattern over her. It would've looked nicer if it was white/pastel colored.
