You can create those transparent bars by yourself.

but at the ends they fade.
& i've seen other ppl have them
& they look the same.
so i dont think they made it themselves :/

You can put a gradient over it that moves from black > transparent or whatever, but here are some bars that are sort of similar. One

Check this brush set maybe it is similar to what u r looking 4.
