There's BILLIONS of people in the world.. I wouldn't doubt it if there was a disease like this. If it's on Ripley's, well, I'm pretty sure it'd be true, considering they could get sued or something for slander like that.

Woah. Someones a late bloomer. Iread in one of Ray Bradburys short stories about how this dude was like 50 years old or something like that but he was an adult, and he looked exactly like a kid. He couldn't find any job to support himself cause everyone thought he was a kid, so he would move from family to family pretending to be a kid so he can survive. Which also reminds me of Andy Milinokis [sp?] I could've sworn before that he was like 12-15 years old.

I suppose it could go under abnormal puberty which is caused in genetics.
