Ack. So I knew before the movie that it was some type of environmentalist movie, yet I still watched it. Turns out, according to this movie, global warming will cause another ice age. Clever, eh? Yeah. I thought it rushed in the beginning, but Jake Gyllenhaal's gorgeous face made up for that. What do you guys think of it? Ack...that's if anyone watched it yet.

The plot of the movie is basically the small group of friends to Jake's character trying to survive the storm that is happening all around them - mainly New York City. And yeah...climate drastically changes around the whole Nothern Hemisphere - people are dropping like flies. Oh, and his dad, the guy who figured all of this out, goes to save him before it's too late.

i saw it today. its okay. really suspensful and all but the ending sucked!!! actually, there was like no ending. it seemed all hopeless and everything was frozen and then suddenly things just start to clear up again. really stupid. but overall the movie was okay. oh.. did i just give away the ending?? he..sorry

the one day i was on here and the weatherbug cherped so i see what it says and there was some stupid "severe thinder blah blah..." but in the corner was an advertisement for the dayafter tomarrow, a movie about a hypercane (did they call it that?). i thought if someone were reeeeeeeeally stupid...well...you get the idea.

Wasn't that interested to see it today when asked. Looks like a typical Emmerich film like ID4 and Godzilla; over the top special effects with shit getting blown-up but lacking in dialogue and cheesy one-liners.

Some other time, maybe. Went to see Mean Girls instead, and it was actually that good.

I need to see this movie! I just have to! The commercial makes it so dramatic and with lots of suspense.

I watched that earlier tonight. . . I wasn't too disappointed in it. . I mean yes, the ending kinda sucked, but the rest was ok. Plus I had no real pre-conceived notions about it so it ended up being worth the 8 bucks I paid to see it. plus the special effects made it look. . .eerily beautiful? I guess those would be the right words?

I think this movie was horrible... The idea was good, but the whole story was horrible... and the way that the storm went away just like that was absolutely dumb... the graphics were alright, but the wolves looked horrible... the acting was alright... It had potential but i ended out horrible... on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 1

My hometown was mentioned in the movie (the "Palmdale and Lancaster area is experiencing 70 mile per hour winds...")

i watched it on saturday! i thought it was gonna boring... but it was a pretty good movie!! jake kept it entertaning for me!!.. hehe but yeh it is kinda scary to know that the world could be like that..

just saw this movie tonite...i personally had no desire to see at all. but i was forced by my uncle to go see it. so i saw it and yes i liked this movie a lot. lOL. and not to mention that jake was in it...hotness right there! haha. but interesting story and theory that it had.
