how do I set up a phpbb board?
i downloaded one and its sitting in a .zip folder....wut do i do?

You unzip it , and you follow the instructions in the file. Or you can find installation instructions and requirements here:

Make sure you have teh right host, that allows it. You need mysql & PHP.
