I did this paper about 5 underrated and 5 overrated historical figures for AP World History. I was just wondering...who do you believe is the most overrated or underrated entertainers (singers, actors, directors, etc) in the entertainment industry and why? You can also put up overrated or underrated movies, songs, etc.

Overrated - Umm let me think Jessica Simpson ( Do you really think she that stupid in real life)
Underated - I dont know. I think that if a celebrity has a low rate the reason is probably because they suck or just did something wrong to disappoint their fans.


This is just my opinion. Im not even sure.

I would've said that Angel is underrated but you see...the series finale dissapointed me so much, I saw the season as overall bad.

I think The Da Vinci Code was overrated. Interesting, but badly written.
A lot of underground hip hop is underrated. Probably many underground music genres is underrated.
