does anyone here know how to change the color of there pics

Explain more. There are many different things you can mean .

like when some of the pics are look animated animated and have words on them

Oh so you want to know how to make an animated picture that changes colors?

YES

You need a program. Imageready or Animationshop.
Then in another program such as photoshop, or paintshop pro.
Then in psp or ps you will open the image/images you want.
Make it one color. Save. Make it another color. Save as a diff file name. Do it as many times as you want.
Then you open imageready/animation shop.
Put each diff color image in a frame.
Then set the time that you want for each frame.
Then save as .gif
