for me... if we get really into it... we get passionate.. but i cant explain it in details... but yeh never gone far like i was gonna take my clothes off or anything..

depends for every couple. some couples who start out kissing always end up doing more. others just like kissing and nothing more when spending time together. depends on situation and surroundings as well.

Making out: for me and my bf it is kissing like really passionately with some tounge involved...sometimes the hands wander a little and sometimes like making out can lead to other things...but usually it doesnt!
