everything that I wanted to say was already said here ....
PDA is fine with me as long as it doesn't involve anything more than holding hands, a hug, or a little peck on the lips/cheeks .... anything beyond that should be kept between just the couple in a more intimate setting where it involves just the couple ... I don't think anybody would want to see all that stuff. At least, I wouldn't.

they can do whatever they want, as long they keep it under control.. but sometimes a tad of overboarding is not cool

nah i dont mind it. i mean it's cute when you see couples kissing and holding hands. but if they're like making out like they're gonna have sex then whoa~ get a room! haHAhaa

moderate p.d.a. is fine, but a lot of people don't realize that. I don't want to go to the mall to see people making out everywhere, that's just not my thing.

I think it's fine as long as they don't go overboard.

stops at hugs, then it's fine.
haha... my school... you have people in the halls making out like a NC-17 movie.
and suddenly, these two decided to start making out in front of my locker every day. it's in the corner so i supposed they wanted 'privacy. in the public?
haha. the only way i got them to go away was the stick my face right next the them and pretend to watch. it took them 30 seconds to notice.

Personally, I don't do PDAs cuz I'd like to think that I'm a lady with manners and class. Short kisses and holding hands and hugging is ok, but anything past that I think is inappropriate. I mean, young children could be watching you.
i agree.!

omg i had a friend who did that ALL THE TIME like they were all over eachother EVERY SECOND. It gets really old..really fast. It's cute though with little things, like holding hands, hugging, and little kisses. But seriously some people need to get a room

Jun 28 2004, 01:28 AM
it's chill as long as the breasts, penis, or vagina aren't either exposed or being groped.
i mean... sometimes two people in love get lost in their own little world.

Jun 29 2004, 08:28 PM
It's okay with me as long as it doesn't reach the point where I get uncomfortable watching.
Holding hands, quick kisses and the like are fine, but when things like groping, humping, etc. are involved...
Seriously, get a room.

yea, it's fine as long as it doesn't get too NC-17-ish. holding hands, hugging, leaning on each other, light kissing- i'm fine with that 'cuz i think it's cute. but it stops being cute when i see groping, lots of tongue action, and clothes coming off.

yes..and well put...what i was thinking, a lady with class and respect. no need for all that other shiznit...who wants to have to walk in the mall with a bunch of couples kissing and making out...honestly what is the point, other than to show everyone else what you do, and the fact that you can't keep your hands off each other when in front of other people

Jul 6 2004, 12:51 AM
haha. all these people's examples are from the mall. well, not all, but most. but when i came up with this topic, i got it from when i saw some pda at the mall. i was in cvs with my friend. we were in line and there was a couple in front of cvs all over each other. they were waiting for their friend who was in line in front of us. he was like "aww!!! come on!!! no one wants to see that!!!!" then he turned to me and my friend and said "do you guys want to see that?!" my friend said no but i said i don't care. cuz they weren't like going up each other's shirts. but they were REALLY close, if you know what i mean. and they were kissing... alot.

it's fine to a certain extent. i don't care if they hold hands and give pecks. i just think it's gross when they start groping on one another.

If it goes no farther than holding hands and little pecks, then I'm fine. But if they're making out and stuff, can't they just wait till they're somewhere private??

i think it's their business. but it shouldn't be taken too far as (someone said) gropping and humping! a simple hug here and there, pecks of kisses on the cheeks/lips/forehead are fine, holding hands (how sweet)... but not too far.

I chose," It's their business, not mine." Me and my boyfriend just hold hands and hug in public. I think we'd both feel awkard if we were kissing and someone was watching.
