does anybody know what kind of program I can use to compress jpeg files so that it would take up less kb? and maybe I can edit the picture like making it negative and making it brighter or darker.

i use arcsoft photoimpression4 but i think you can even use microsoft word for that, at least thats what a friend told me.

i agree, photoshop, you can change the size to what you want, and you can add great effects to your pictures.

If you're using adobe photoshop to make ur jpg files when u have the option of choosing quality u can just lower quality which makes the size smaller.

Yeah, if you use Adobe Photoshop, you can lower the quality from 12-1 when you're saving. ^^

photoshop, and u can change lots of settings to make the pic bigger n smalller
