I'm sure the site was joking about discussing the importance of cheese in the debate forum. So I won't talk about it's importance; of course we all know that it's very important. Now the topic at hand is which cheese is the best? Hard or soft? Cow, Goat, Buffalo milk? Aged or fresh?

Cheddar and mozzarella mostly, but I also enjoy swiss and super AGED cheddar. I love cheese.

I don't know, but don't ever get Gruyere cheese. It's Swiss/French. Gross.

When I buy a meat ball sub from ths deli place, I have them add the provalone, and I buy the mozerella balls in the plastic water filled container, take it home, then rebake it with the mozerella balls on the sandwhich... it's the BEST!!!
