hmm
well for really neat flats I always get keds, or something from gap.
They don't sell them at the gap stores from what I've noticed. Maybe I just don't pay enough attention.
Perhaps alloy.com or delias.com as well.

i got mine at american eagle a long time ago and they were about 35$...look around at smaller shoe stores. the less known the store, the cheaper the shoes most of the time. but watch out, cuz the ones i got are cute as hell but they give me bad blisters.

They are everywhere, you just gotta know where to look. I saw really cute ones at Le Chateau, I'm not sure if they even have that store in the states. Also American Eagle has some but they aren't that cute but they are cheap. Also I saw Keds at like FootLocker for like $14 with cherry prints.

expensive ones at $25.00.
My cheapest ones are $5.00.
Go to Ross, Charlotte Russe, Shiekh. It really depends where you live. Where do you live?
This is an old picture of my flats. They're not all exactly "BALLET FLATS" but these aren't it.

I'm not a big fan of wearing them.
Although they look great with some outfits, they aren't exactly my style.
The store that came to me when i saw "cheap" was payless. They always have alot of shoes for really cheap prices.

$26.95
http://www.shoesunlimited.com/index.asp?Pa...amp;ProdID=2394Or if you're wanting actual ballet slippers (white):

Those are $29.95 at my store, but you can find them anywhere that sells Touch Ups.
Almost any shoe store that has casual shoes will have something, though.
