i think it would be neat to have like a member of the day type thing

But, i think that ___ of the week is a bit too much. Monthly is alright, but if it's weekly, it gets too much.

haha, I don't know... I mean, I think that a monthly thing is fine. I like hollies idea where 1 person is take each week and then 1 of the 4 out of that month is nominated for member of the month. It would make memer of the month much more simple

I think the monthly thing works out just fine, with just the MotM and SMotM. They are fine and dandy.
