Okay, well I have a little bit acne on my arm...is that bad?!!?

Well, it's not like COMPLETELY NOTICABLE, but I still don't like it...so what's the BEST way to get rid of it?!?!?

do what you do to get rid of normal acne on your face.add some cream or what ever :]
