Upper legs? Squats, baby. They hurt like hell but they definitely get the job done. For the abs, crunches are relatively ineffective. Try leg lifts. They hurt more but they work faster.

for your stomach, yeah do like sit ups and stuff
and for your upper leg, ride bikes, run, or if you want to do the under part of the upper leg,
you um... try to stretch it out alot and stuff so itll turn into muscles or something...
oh and trust me, if you get up early and go for a long walk, you'll loose weight like 1lb a day or so..

I dunno if you're kidding or not, but my sister and I always wondered if that would really help you to loose weight...we play it a lot and nothing seems to really be happening to either of us...

It doesn't matter. As long as you are doing cardio workouts and sweat at the same time, its good. I pick DDR cause its something fun to do.

then your not doing them long enough.
Or your not doing them right, if you don't feel any kind of burn in your abs when you do them, then make sure your doing them right, and if you are, then do more than what you are.
doing less then 100 is pretty lazy if your doing something liek that..

Well it would cause to be thinner at the cost of your teeth since all the stomach acid rises to the top of your mouth when you puke.

Well, if you want to TONE then do crunches (there are various types of abdominal workouts) and for the upper legs, try leg lifts (on a machine)
BUT if you're trying to LOSE FAT, then clean up your diet and increase your cardio workout.
You DO NOT lose fat with WEIGHT TRAINING.
It's a pet peeve of mine when people say that.
If you're toning, do short reps. You're wasting your time if you do 200 a night. Blah.
If a 1,000lb man did 200 crunches a night, would he just lose weight around his stomach? Of course not.
