i cant get any of the layouts on my page i need sum help

Uhhm I think this is the wrong place to Post this and maybe before you go and hesitating asking for help please read our rules and or please read the tutorials...and on top of that your posting LAYOUT help in the INTRODUCTION area of the forum...I dont intend to sound mean but hey...XD

Is this layout help for myspace, xanga, or what?
