q: What language would you most want to learn?

mine would be portuguese.

I guess Korean..because I'm part Korean and I don't even know any.

I'm already learning French and Latin. I want to learn Japanese. I tried to learn it before, but didn't find the time. Why Portuguese?

I wanted my mom to teach me tagalog when I was younger. She threw a bilingual dictionary at me when I asked.

Mandarin so I can cuss out everyone at the OCC club

German and Polish.

I want to learn Tagalog because my knowledge of Tagalog is not yet fulfilled, and it is my native language.

DUDE. German is AWESOME. I'm part German. I forgot to mention I want to learn that, too. I would've taken it in school, but I couldn't fit it into my schedule (even without taking a lunch). I mean you could be saying the sweetest thing to someone and sound like you're going to sever their limbs and shove it up.. okay.. yeah. You get the point.

Now that I look at your picture, I can tell! Yeah, you can't sense any German-ness in me. I'm part Irish as well, which you can only tell by my freckles (and last name). But chyeah that's so great. My bestest best friend Sarah taught me how to say, "My parrot hates you," in German once, but I forgot.

Actually, if I ever had the time, I would like to master at least Manderin, Cantonese, Japanese, all dialects of Tagalog, and Spanish.

IT'S AWESOME. Especially if you learn from this textbook from Britain, called Cambridge something or other. It's HILARIOUS. They have BRUTAL images of old men getting beat to death in a street and a dog attacking a little boy.. then there's nudity as well. It's freaking great. MULTUS SANGUIS FLUIT.
