Have you seen this film? What do you think it would have been like in chronological order?... XD.gif
Kathleen
I remember I wanted to watch that. It was on Starz awhile ago. I never got around to doing so. Besides it not being in chronological order, how was it?
sadolakced acid
it was great.

Is this one of those good films that doesn't glorify drugs?
Siena Jade
It was fantastic. Best psychological thriller I've seen. And I don't usually rave over films so even I'm surprised.

Overview, summary, etc. <---- And I still have questions lol happy.gif

^ And...no, it doesn't glorify drugs...yeah. mellow.gif My mind just went right to "Traffic" when you said that haha.
Freaky Krazer
It showed either at HBO or Showtime, I forgot but I was flipping through and watched it and... I fell asleep but I remember it being hella interesting
JumpforJoy
it wouldn't have been as good if it was shot in chronological order.
mipadi
It would've lost much of its point if it had been shot chronologically. (Although on the DVD, there is an Easter egg that allows one to watch the film in chronological order.)
omgomgKATHY
sounds like a good movie.

i bought this movie yesterday and the case was so cute. it was like a doctor's clip board with papers and a paper clip with it and there were two dvds when you opened the top part it flipped up and behind the bottom part.

i was really surprised about this movie. it just goes to show you how you can't trust anyone. the execution was fantastic. two thumbs up.

If it was in chronological order, it'd be boring...
superstitious
I've seen it and it's an ok movie. Definitely entertaining.

My review from when I saw this movie for the first time

QUOTE
A movie as twisted and complicated as memory itself, Memento brings mystery to a whole new level.

When Leonard and his wife are attacked, and his wife killed, he is injured, eliminating his short term memory. He wakes up in a hotel room with notes, pictures, and files all trying to tell him the things he needs to know to find his wife's killer.

This movie takes psychological thriller to a whole new level, twisting your mind until you don't think it can twist any further, and then popping it right off with an ending so surprising, so amazing, that your jaw will literally gape open as the truth is revealed.

Or is it the truth?

Memento tests your ability to discern fact from fiction, and makes you realize that memory really is faulty.

You might want to take notes while watching this movie.

Very excellent film. Incredible editing, great hook.
