soooo, my SWEET 16 is comin up in october

but i want a theme for my partayyy, so any ideas?? anything??

you could do, a toga party! or, a fairy tale party. fairy tale parties are always fun. you get to be like a princess. i like the boys wear one color, and the girls where one color theme. i would make the boys wear blue, and the girls wear pink.

if anything, i would sit at home on my couch watching "my super sweet 16" to see what kind of themes they had on the show.

I saw this one on "My Super Sweet Sixteen" and I really liked the theme of like a cinderella type of thing. There was this other one I saw, it was more of like a belly dancing type of thing.

you should have a color theme, like on one episode of my super sweet sixteen. she had pink and had pink chocolate, and pink everything! it would be cool with your favorite color.

pick your favorite movie and have every dress as
different characters. go have some fancy dinner too.
since its in october, halloween costumes should be on sale.

alot of girls like Arabian Nights theme.. How about color themes like Pink,Black,White, Red w.e you can tell them that they have to wear like ALL WHITE and then youll be the only one wearing color -red,pink,black etc =D

My Birthday is in October too and I'm thinking about doing a fairy tale party because I've loved fairy tales ever since I was really little.

I just had my Debut for my 18th birthday (it's the filipino equivalent of a sweet sixteen) and my theme was a masquerade. Everyone got a black domino mask and all the ladies had fans. They made for great pictures.

My Sweet 16 is coming in January. My party isn't going be anything big though. What we are going do is rent out a local rec center and the theme is going to be pink.

I don't have to worry about a car because I've already got mine when I turned 15 so I can have it with my permit. It's an 05 SL500

I'm working on having the fray peform because I love that band =)

for one of my friends parties, she did "mocktail maddness".
so, all of the alcoholic drinks had their names changed.
(i.e., sex on the beach to abstinence on the beach).
and everyone had to dress up all fancy and stuff.
it was SO fun!

my sweet sixteen is coming up in january, and i think i'm just going to get a hotel suit and invite a couple of friends to stay for the night, swim, watch movies, etc.

You could do dressing up. I'd love to have like... a masquerade thingie where I would be the one wearing white and everyone else had to wear black.
And then have a classical music band playing and like make it really eerie and then at the end have like some love metal playing, or try to get Billy Talent or even H.I.M to come play. And everyone would have to wear masks, of course, it's a masquerade. Haha, sorry, I'm getting carried away...;D

the masquerade theme sounds cool but the color theme sounds hecka cool like have everybody dress in one color (or boys and girls in diffrent colors) and youll be the one with a diffrent color you can hecka stand out.

The masquerade was fun. I made everyone wear black with black masks and black fans, but I walked out in a a gold dress, gold fan, and a sparkly gold mask. It was awesome. You knew that that day was my day.

For my sweet sixteen (Haha, in about 3 years) I'd just have a party at my house. Girls and boys.

Not sure if that'd be a good idea.

Mines in... two years, but my daddy said he's going to get me a stretch limo and i can take like three of my closest friends to nyc, see a broadway show, and stay in a suite at the waldorf.

I love my daddy.

For my sweet 16 I'm going to treat my self to a car.

Well, whatever theme you decide you should have people dress formal, cuz then it's an excuse to dress up and look your best. ;)

My friend is havign a polka dotted theme. I was thinking of havin hollywood. Set up cement blocks for them to put hand prints in. Get a directors chair. Set up a photoshoot area with white sheets ceilign to floor & then have a photo printer set up so they can leave with their pictures. For food have A table of the kinda food you'd have behind scenes. Then Maybe have a projector movie on a big screen, maybe if you and your best friends make a movie for you all to watch it'd be even better. Then if you have a tent or camper decorate it to be the VIP lounge where your BEST friends go & have disposible camera's and food.

i didn't really have a big party for my sweet sixteen. but it was hella fun... mostly because it started off with some mind altering substances that made the whole thing so much more entertaining.

at my "sweet sixteen" I had a little kid themed party.

we played pin the tail on the donkey and bingo, had a scavenger hunt, colored in coloring books, and hit a pinata.

it was sooo much fun.

but that coulda been cuz I was high.
