Is it possible to successfully install the createblog tracker using S2? I'm too lazy to figure out how to make a layout in S1. I'm a CSS n00b >.< But yah, help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no possible way to use a cB tracker while using S2 style system because there is no way to input the code. If you do not want to make your own lj layout, you can always use one of cB's.
