Try not to put both legs into one pantleg hole..thing.
I imagine that'd be very uncomfortable.

They're like shorts under your shorts.

Just wear the same way you would wear your shorts.

That only happens on a few occasions, for example
No clean underwear
Forget to put them on
They steal them from your locker when you leave it unlocked to take a shower
You loose them some how (I have done it sadly)
You go commando in your singlet and forget to bring a pair
