Hi, On Pictures How do you make those paint splatter looking things? like on some of the layouts wentzxxpete has made? i have paint shop pro. i want to know how to put those effects onto pictures so i can make my own layouts and i haven't been able to figure it out

They're brushes...Not exactly an effect.

Mind giving an example? I'm pretty sure they're brushes though.

Brushes are like sort of designs.Most people download them[credit the site! :)] They are like swirls,hearts,splats,etc.
On PSP9,the paint brush tool is the 7th tool on the left.When you hover it,it says Paint Brush.
There are many sites to download from.
