I have everything set up properly... but how do I customize my wordpress to go with my layout? Do I need to add css in my iframe? Or actually log into wordpress and edit my stylesheet? Or use php? Oh God. I hope not.

Anyways, I'm really new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go in the header.php files, where I told you how to edit all the other files etc. Just place your css/stylesheet in header.php.
