Blargh. I'm really disappointed in how bad it's gotten so quickly. I mean I guess there's a chance of a comeback with S4, but I honestly think they might as well give up by S5 if it bombs. *Sigh* Damn you, Mischa Barton.

I was bawling my eyes out when Marissa died..it's not gonna be the same anymore. If it was, like, Marissa's sister that died or something, it would have been different, but, yeah, it's gonna suck now.

I remember watching the finale of Season 3 and saying, "If Marissa dies at the end of this show, I'm not going to watch the 4th season."

Yup. I pretty much think season 4 is gonna be not as good as the previous ones. But that isn't gonna stop me from watching it. Haha. But I can't believe they killed Marissa off.

The thing I've been wondering is whether the writers wanted to take Marissa out of the show, or if Mischa Barton wanted to be written off for some reason.

Actually, from what I've read, Mischa really didn't want to do it anymore due to the fact that she wants to pursue a film career. I hate when actors do that.

It was actually two seasons. And, it isn't too too hard to find.

Didn't they say something about making it more about Ryan and Seth now and about how that was the real purpose of the show? Still the drama won't be the same without Mischa.

I agree. It won't be the same without Mischa. I'm used to seeing all four of them (Seth, Ryan, Marissa, and Summer) on the show, but now they're just three. I'd doubt it'll be the same.

But yeah, I'll watch the first couple of episodes and see how it turns out w/o Mischa.
