i use psp9 and on some certain brushes when i use them they always turn out to keep spinning and its getting annoying.. how do i make it stop turning?

thanks for helping..but does anybody know what causes it?
all my settings are normal

Click F11
and than..scroll down until you see ROTATION.
Change it to 0.

Technically you press F11...hehe, me and my grammar and spelling
