is there a way to hide comments but still have the add comment link there?

the first code its for the comments and the second one for the add a comment link
arent they both the same =o
It was probably a simple copy & paste mistake. 
Find your add comment link. Right click. Click properties. Then copy the url. And put it here:
<a href="urlhere">Add comment</a> Put that where you want the add comment link to be.
