first i want to ask ppl out here if they can see the flash banner. cuz i seem to be able to see it but some of my friends cant. if you can...then please tell me whether the layout is nice or if it sucks. rate from 1 to 10 please.

also if anyone knows y some ppl cant see the flash banner then please leave some advice on how to fix it
