but how would you tell him like if you had cramps and he asked you whats wrong

you just say your tummy hurts, and leave it at that. humour him a little if he continues like "maybe it's something you ate...do you want some pepto bismal?" Ask him for an advil instead or something. no big deal.
But yeah, if he wanted to mess around with you, give him a heads up that you're on the rag. Maybe he won't mind, maybe he will, but he should have that option. (And if you ARE going to fool around regardless of the fact that you have your period, for goodness' sake, take the tampon out! it's only curteous.)

i usually tell my boyfriend when i'm on my period because i usually get moody, it's just an excuse so he knows where i'm coming from. so he's not like "damn what happened to you?!" but yes, i usually tell him every month. and he knows what comes with that, so he knows that i have cramps, so he's usually really sweet about it and stuff. like he's all nice and gives me massages or chocolate. haha.

Uh.. nothing complicated about it, "It's nothing, just monthly problems", or "I'm on my period."

I just say, "Cramps" and he gets it, lol.
Well..but the thing is, I don't get cramps. He knows this too, but it's just easier to say "Cramps" I guess lol.

And he usually takes notice when I start talking about cravings.. Lol.

Haha, well I'm an open person sometimes. Well, around my friends and such.. but I don't go around announcing stuff. It's not really that big of deal if you just say "yeah, its that time of month" or something. Guys usually get it and then they just move on and not talk about it haha.

keep in mind too that guys do know what a period is. if you tell him you're on it, i don't think he'd interrogate you any further.. unless he really doesn't have a clue. (which i think he does..)

i actually told my bf today.. well he's pretty understanding but he doesn't GET IT that it's not really a time where you're going to mess around with him, it's gross to me. ;o

yea, I could care less, and eventually mine always tells me to go do something active, so I say next week will be fine to do that.

my bf knows when i get my period , he can remember that but not my birthday. lol

if he asks whats wrong then i just tell him i have cramps haha. he doesn't go like, "Ewww gross i didn't need to know you were on your period"; he's usually just like "Okay" lol

I tell him, "I'm on my period." He can usually tell though, because I pms big time.

With my boyfriend, we are very open to each other. If I'm on my period and he wants to do something or if I have cramps, I just tell him I'm on my period. You shouldn't have to beat around the bush.

Well, you don't need to blurt it out at random. That's just un-nessecary But if he asks you why your stomach hurts, or whats wrong, then just say "I'm on my period".
